Delegates (listeners) may attend a conference without submitting any research. A registration fee for in-person participation covers attendance of conference sessions, coffee breaks, conference lunch, water and other selected drinks, a printed copy of the conference program, brochures, certificate of participation, and other conference materials.
A registration for a presenter covers one paper (abstract or proposal) to be presented, a printed copy of the conference program, attendance of all conference sessions, 25 minute time slot to present one paper at the conference, coffee breaks, conference lunch, water and other selected drinks, Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Presentation, and other conference materials. Co-authors also wishing to attend and present must register separately in order to attend sessions
Delegates are responsible for meeting the costs of their registration, travel and accommodation. All fees are payable in advance. No delegate will be permitted entry to the conference if an invoice is still unpaid. Spouses and guests may attend the award luncheon and networking events. However, a $36 per event, per person fee applies. This offer is not available for non-registered co-authors. Please note that confirmation of registration takes place only after receipt of the conference fees.
Delegates are also advised to have a copy of their payment slip when going to the registration desk at the conference just in case they are requested to show proof of the payment on their arrival.
Academics, college administrators, corporate executives, experts, consultants, professional researchers, independent scholars, educators, officials, entrepreneurs, other practitioners and graduate students. We welcome proposals/abstracts for presentation (oral, poster or virtual formats) and for publication in the conference proceedings. Researchers, experts, consultants, independent scholars, post-docs, PhD students and graduate students are encouraged to submit their proposals. Authors can submit abstracts or proposals for consideration with all authors’ names and affiliation, departments and email addresses, title of the proposal (max. 15 words), and brief biographies (not CV or resume) here
We welcome submissions for presentation in either ORAL, POSTER or VIRTUAL formats. Other forms of presentation will be considered on request. Presenters can request to participate in individual video interviews which are posted online.
The presentation room is equipped with a laptop, a digital projector, a projector screen, a remote presentation mouse, etc. The laptop is set up for PowerPoint presentations. Presenters are asked to save their presentations in a compatible format. The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint. There is a 25-minute limit per presentation. Each talk is 25 minutes long.
Presenters may dedicate 20 minutes to the presentation and 5 minutes for a questions and answers session. Other forms of presentation will be considered on request.

All appropriate materials must be organized by the presenter, including posters, displays, and handouts. Presenters/authors are expected to present (explain their works with the posters) for 10-25 minutes in front of the room. There is not a specific dimensions for the poster board; however, poster board can be 40" high by 60 wide and mounted on stands. The board must be oriented in the "landscape" position (long dimension is horizontal). Make it obvious to the viewer how to progressively view the poster. The poster generally should read from left to right, and top to bottom. The conference staff will provide easels to display the posters in the conference room. Posters may not be pinned or taped to the walls.
Virtual Presentation
In consideration of presenters who may be unable to attend a conference in person due to funding or time constraints,
they are allowed to submit PowerPoint presentations (with video and/or audio). All virtual presentations will be uploaded onto the conference website for the duration of the event.
Conference documents include the names, titles, institutions, and countries of authors/presenters/speakers, and titles of their presentations. Authors who wish to be published in the conference proceedings are encouraged to submit their proposals. The conference proceedings contain the best papers that were presented and the best accepted proposals. Conference proceedings are not published regularly. However, conference programs and brochures are published regularly. Correct spelling, grammar and punctuation is the responsibility of the author. For each conference, we are providing certificate for attendees, presenters, and speakers. A listener is expected to stay for the duration of the conference in order to receive a certificate of participation. Additionally, we award a certificate of presentation or a certificate of appreciation to each presenter to honor her/his work. A certificate of appreciation is intended to recognize individuals (keynotes, guest speakers, and presenters) who have made exemplary contributions in support of Advena World activities. This may include support of Advena World conferences, seminars and other events, moderating group discussions, delivering outstanding presentations, advising conference participants, etc. The certificate of presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented. Instead, authors (non-presenters) of accepted abstracts can request a certificate of recognition. Additional fees will apply for a request to issue a certificate of recognition. We prefer credit card registration payment through PayPal. However, we do not accept online (credit card) registration payments from high-risk countries to avoid fraud and disputes: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Syria, Sudan, Yemen. All prospective participants residing in high risk countries should make their registration payments via MoneyGram or Western Union. We do not recommend use of third-parties to process online registration payments. Before paying your registration fee via MoneyGram or Western Union please email us at submission@advenaworld.com
A formal letter confirming an applicant's registration to a conference cannot be issued unless an abstract or a proposal is accepted and we have a record of a paid registration (as a Presenter). If you need a written confirmation of your conference registration (as a Presenter), we can only provide a registration confirmation letter once you have registered for the conference and after a non-refundable registration payment has been processed. Confirmation letters will only state the conference title, date, location, registration fees and that you are a presenter if applicable.
This is a necessary and non-negotiable requirement.
Please note that international delegates should check the U.S. visa requirements well in advance. We do not participate in visa processing arrangements. Obtaining a visa for international delegates is only the responsibility of the international delegate. Advena World provides only Acceptance|Registration Confirmation Letter (to a presenter) upon finalizing registration and conference (non-refundable) fees payment by the delegate. Unsolicited requests for invitation letters will not be answered. We do not refund registration fees due to visa issues.
Conference registration payments are valid for up to one calendar year. Registration payments made for a particular conference can be applied towards another conference holding within 12 calendar months from the date of initial payment. If you are unable to attend or secure a substitute for your attendance, please contact us by no later than twenty-one (21) days before the beginning of the conference for a refund. We issue all registration refunds twelve (12) days after the scheduled dates of the conferences less a 30 percent administrative fees. If your registration refund cannot be applied to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal balance. Requests may be sent to submission@advenaworld.com.
No refunds will be made within twenty (20) days of the beginning of the event as a result of your cancellation. Registration refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. Advena World is not responsible for weather-related cancellations, airfare, hotel or other costs that are associated with conferences if the registrant is unable to attend.
Advena World reserves the right to relocate the conference, cancel the conference, or reassign some or all presentations to virtual sessions, in the event of a natural disaster, very bad weather, or other unusual circumstances as determined solely at the discretion of the conference organizer. Additionally, Advena World reserves the right to cancel conference and exhibition events prior to the scheduled dates, if low enrollment or other circumstances make it necessary. Each registrant will be notified by email as given on the registration form. In case of activity cancellation, liability of the management of Advena World LLC is limited to the registration fee. Full registration refunds will be made accordingly.

Plagiarizing the work of others is unacceptable- Authors must credit all sources used in their writings. In the case of authors found to be plagiarizing the work of others, Advena World may inform the author’s institution.
Advena World seeks to provide a conference environment for the benefit of all participants. Participants are asked to frame discussions as openly and inclusively as possible and to be aware of how language or images may be perceived by others. Some behaviors are, therefore, specifically prohibited: Harassment, yelling, or intimidation based on race, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, appearance, or other group status. Sexual harassment

Advena World reserves the right to modify, add to, or delete its policies and procedures anytime. Any such change shall not be considered a violation of the relationship between Advena world and conference participants. Advena World reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
