The Houston Oil and Gas Executive Leadership Summit is an international meeting of executives, policymakers, academics, researchers, investors, consultants, and professionals with a particular interest related to energy, drilling technology, petroleum management services, geologic carbon storage, natural gas engineering, petrophysics, gas exploitation and oil production, transportation and storage, refining and marketing, regulations, and operations. The summit provides an excellent venue for you to connect for education, innovation, and collaboration.

The 2024 Houston Executive Summit is also an interface between energy experts and executives of the oil and gas industries, an excellent venue for:

• CEOs, Vice presidents, board members of oil, gas, and petrochemical corporations
• Executives of service and supply companies,  directors of retailers and consumers
• Financial executives across the energy business and institutional investors
• Petroleum Refinery and terminal owners, managers, engineers and consultants

• Valves, tanks, piping professionals, and regulatory specialists
• Tank owners, designers, managers, operators, and construction specialists

​The 2024 Houston Executive Summit welcomes proposals from presenters (executives, leaders, experts, scholars, academics, consultants, and professional researchers).  We also welcome case studies, work-in-progress reports, or proposals to generate discussion and feedback. 

In-Person Presentations

At the conference, the presentation room is equipped with a laptop, a digital projector and a projector screen. The laptop is  set up for PowerPoint presentations. Presenters are asked to save their presentations in a compatible format. There is a 15-minute limit per presentation.

Registration 

Registration is required for attendance and presentation at the summit. Registration covers attendance, admission to all conference sessions, tea/coffee and lunch breaks, Q&A sessions, exclusive networking reception, and conference materials.  Registered attendees receive the conference package (proceedings, author/participation certificates, and conference material) at the event.
